| Details: | SUMMARY: Missed Coliform From 10/15, 5/16, 6/16 DETAILS: Alert ID: 90348-3111,3112,3113The Lodge at Suttle Lake has changed their name to The Suttle Lodge. I sent in a change of name form two weeks ago. They have been closed to the public since May 2015. I am setting them up this Friday, the 5th for inspections. I will let them know that monthly sampling needs to be done.I believe Umpqua is doing the testing, but will clarify. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
