| Details: | SUMMARY: Response to TCR and Nitrate Violations for Failing to Report DETAILS: Called the Log Cabin Inn and spoke to the person working in the facility regarding these violations. He thought they had been doing their sampling as required. I stated that if they have been they have not been submitted to the OHA Drinking Water Services. He was going to contact the owner and have them call me back. ACTION NEEDED: Awaiting call back from owner. | ||
