| Details: | SUMMARY: Contacted Operator Regarding no Coliform Samples since 2015 DETAILS: New operator since July 2015. Was not aware of sampling requirements. ACTION NEEDED: Meet with EHS to review quarterly sampling and annual source sampling for TC. EHS to review and help operator update coliform sampling plan, and source water sample sites. Review sampling protocol. No swivel faucets, remove all filters and aerators, flush for at least 3 minutes (dont adjust stream of water prior to filling bottles). Wash hands and open bottle just prior to sample collection. Fill to proper level. Do not touch inside bottle or cap. Follow instructions that come with the bottle. Also offer that having the lab take the samples is an option. | ||
