| Details: | SUMMARY: Response to TCR and Nitrate Violations for Failing to Report DETAILS: Spoke with owner regarding the lack of quarterly reporting of coliform sampling results and yearly nitrate sampling results. She was unaware that the lab they contract with had not been sampling. She called Pixis Labs regarding the missing sampling results. The lab had changed ownership and had not notified them. Therefore they no longer had a contract with the lab to do their sampling. She signed a new contract with Pixis Labs to do their sampling going forward. The lab is scheduled to go to the Log Cabin Inn and collect coliform and nitrate samples and submit results this month. ACTION NEEDED: Awaiting submission of coliform and nitrate sampling results. | ||
