| Details: | Called and spoke with Jason about the missing nitrate and coliform samples. He said he recently contacted his testing lab and they were supposed to collect the samples. I let Jason know the WS is headed for formal enforcement if the samples are not submitted soon and that he may want to follow up with the lab asap. I also scheduled an onsite visit for a water system survey on 5/25. The WS also needs to submit a L1 coliform investigation. I hoping to collect that during my survey visit. | ||
