| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert: COLI15711 --- Three Repeat Samples Collected on 7-8-16 Tested TC+ DETAILS: 7-12-16 --- ALERT:COLI15711 --- Three repeat samples collected on 7-8-16 tested TC+. I spoke with Al and sent him a level 1 coliform investigation form, water hauling BMP document, and disinfection guidelines for the storage tank/distribution system. Al says they will be disinfecting the system. I informed Al the next sample due is a routine sample in August. ACTION NEEDED: As noted above. | ||
