| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate Above MCL DETAILS: Called Odd Fellows and talked with Mary Green. A car hit a power pole two weeks ago and ion exchange that removes Nitrates, was not connected to the battery, and thus not operational at time of sampling. Mary said that she has already contacted Oregon Water Services and they have made sure that the ion exchange for Nitrate removal is operational. She will obtain a Nitrate confirmation sample and bring it into Analytical Labs this Thursday (8/11/16). Mary is also aware of obtaining quarterly Nitrate samples. ACTION NEEDED: Collect one Nitrate confirmation sample. If average Nitrate number is below MCL, the facility does not need to take quarterly samples because they already treat for Nitrate. | ||
