| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Samples Tested TC+ DETAILS: 7-5-16 ---All the repeat samples collected on 6-30-16 tested TC+. This follows the 6-29-16 E coli +: Boil water notice is required. I spoke with Ron and emailed him the Tier 1 boil water notice template. We have an appointment made for tomorrow morning to conduct the level 2 coliform investigation form. We will discuss corrective action tomorrow. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
