| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Total Coliform DETAILS: I called on 7/27/16 and talked to Candy Carnes, Quality Assurance Manager-- Luis Rios was unavailable. Ms. Carnes was unaware of the positive total coliform sample taken 7/25/16. She was directed to contact the firms water laboratory to take 3 repeat samples plus a raw source water sample as soon as possible. I also reminded her to take 3 routine samples in August. ACTION NEEDED: 3 repeat samples plus a raw source sample as soon as possible and 3 routine samples in August. | ||
