| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for a TC positive result from a routine sample collected on 8/22/16. Spoke with Frank. Reviewed follow-up sampling requirements of three repeat samples and a triggered source sample from well #1. Well #2 was not in use in the days prior to sample collection, and the TC positive occurred in a location served only by well #1. ACTION NEEDED: System to collect repeat and source samples. Further action to be based on those results. | ||
