| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Coliform in Routine and Assessment DETAILS: Coliform and assessment sample were positive. The water system is not serving students because of summer break. There was a malfunction of the wiring causing the pump to go out and the chlorinator was not working as well. Both have been replaced and now are working. ACTION NEEDED: Complete level 1 investigation and 3 distribution repeat samples. | ||
