| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat & Source Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 4/29/16 DETAILS: Charles emailed to let me know that the system had total coliform positives for all of the repeat samples & source sample. I let him know that the new initial requirement for total coliform positive is a level 1 investigation. I emailed the operator the link to the level 1 investigation template. I asked him to reply with the completed report. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain completed copy of the level 1 investigation. | ||
