| Details: | SUMMARY: Temp Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 5/17/16 DETAILS: Charles emailed me to let me know that two of the temp routine samples were total coliform positive. I reminded the operator to send me the completed level one investigation. He indicated that they will flush the system & disinfect. I let him know to take a source sample. I also let him know that he will need to take 3 temp routines for June. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain completed copy of the level 1 investigation. | ||
