Details:	On Wednesday 5/5/21, Don called about a routine coliform positive collected on Tuesday 5/4/21 at the 136 Lombard sample location. He will collect three repeat (upstream, downstream, and original) samples on Thursday. He will contact me with follow sample results to determine if further action is needed.
