Details:	SUMMARY: Repeat Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 5/9/16 DETAILS: System operator called to let me know the repeats came back positive for coliform. I let him know to complete a level 1 investigation. I guided him through the state website to the template. I let him know that itll need to be turned in within 30 days. He indicated that the system would be disinfected. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain completed level 1 investigation.
