| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 5/10/16 DETAILS: The system operator called me & he knew about the total coliform positive sample. He wanted to be sure he understood the new coliform rule. I let him know that a source sample will be needed & 3 repeat samples needed in the distribution system. He said he will get the samples taken right away. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary. | ||
