| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 8/12/16 DETAILS: The system operator called me to let me know that one repeat sample was positive for total coliform. I let him know that a level one coliform would be needed. He said he would complete the investigation but couldn’t think of any obvious cause. He will chlorinate & maintain a residual for a couple of weeks. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy level one investigation. | ||
