| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 6/9/15 DETAILS: I contacted the system operator. I let her know that a source sample will be needed at the well head & 3 repeat samples will be needed in the distribution system. I also let her know to check up on the UV unit. She thought it was working alright but shell check. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary. | ||
