| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 7/26/16 DETAILS: Kirk from BLM called me to check on follow up sample requirements. I let him know to take 3 repeat samples & 1 source sample. He decided to take the handle off of the hand pump. I let him know that it isnt required but he wanted to play it safe until follow up sample results came back. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor sample results & follow up as necessary. | ||
