| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 8/1/16 DETAILS: Kirk from BLM called me to let me know that the follow up samples were coliform positive. I let him know that hell need to do a level 1 investigation. He said he had already found the template. He said they will disinfect the well & hand pump. Hell also check out all of the gaskets.Hell keep the handle off until after the disinfection. They will need to take a routine sample in August as they are on a monthly sample schedule. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain level 1 investigation results. | ||
