Details: SUMMARY: Routine Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 8/9/16 DETAILS: Contacted facility. Spoke with person in charge & she knew about the total coliform positive sample. I let her know that a source sample will be needed & 3 repeat samples needed in the distribution system. She said the follow ups had already been scheduled with the lab. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary.
