| Details: | SUMMARY: RT Coli Positive DETAILS: Leslie said the RT sample was collected from a HB that had a hose splitter attached to it and that may have caused the issue. State said that an invalidation could not be done without RP samples. Les did not want to collect RP and will contine with regular monthly routines. The previous Level 1 issues have been resolved. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 3 repeat samples in the distribution and one from the well. | ||
