| Details: | SUMMARY: Test Results Absent, Boil Water Order Lifted, Public Notice DETAILS: Alert ID: COLI15809On 8/16/16, Ms. Mazzrillo submitted copies of special microbiology water tests showing that water from the well and from the spigot of concern were absent of coliform (and e-coli) contamination. As well, a copy of the public notification posted regarding the boil-water advisory was also submitted to Hood River County Health Department.The test results and public notification were forwarded to the OHA on 8/23/16.This water system is no longer under a boil water advisory. ACTION NEEDED: Collect routine microbiology water test samples in September. | ||
