| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert Follow Up DETAILS: All three temp routine samples TC+. Called Robert and he filled out level 1 investigation for July TC+ but unsure where it was sent. He will locate and get to me. We set up a level 2 investigation mtg for 9/1/16. ACTION NEEDED: Submit Level 1 investigation form and will do a Level 2 on 9/1. Find and fix cause of persistent coliforms. System will now be on monthly coliform sampling starting September. | ||
