| Details: | I spoke today with Ron Loving of FSA. He was out on vacation last week. He stated that the public notice has not been taken down since the rolling annual average first exceeded the MCL as he did not anticipate good numbers in future tests. The firm is continuing plans to be connected to community water. Current construction is slated to be completed on August, 18th 2018. Ron stated he would send me a copy of their public notice so that I can provide it to the Drinking Water Services in a manner that satisfies violations created by my failure to properly submit FSAs public notice document. | ||
