| Details: | SUMMARY: Deficiency Follow-up - All Issues Resolved DETAILS: We received an e-mail from the operator today with attached pictures that show that: (1) A ‘Sample Tap’ was installed-- (2) The well head was repaired and resealed-- (3) Prior to well head being resealed, the well was chlorine-shocked-- and (4) After shocking the system, a TCR test was conducted (SampleID: 195598). As well, our notes indicate that all other outstanding significant deficiencies have been resolved. ACTION NEEDED: Collect a routine TCR sample during the 3rd calendar quarter of 2016. | ||
