| Details: | SUMMARY: Violations, LCR Compliance Action Follow Up DETAILS: I called Janet to discuss three violations for non-reporting (2-VOC, 1-RADs).They collected their 2nd quarter round of RADs but it was reported late. With the results I was able to reduce the quarterly schedule to every 6 years (for Gross Alpha &Radium Combined). They also missed two quarters of extra monitoring for TETRACHLOROETHYLENE. A sample was collected on 7/26/16, so they need one more quarter. We also discussed the current Lead compliance schedule. She said they plan to comply with the required actions (including issuing LCR public education by 9/10/16) but are also collecting demonstration rounds hoping to forego the need for treatment. I asked Janet to notify us when the PE was delivered and to provide a copy to our office. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor 4th quarter TCE sample and adjust schedule. Monitor LCR compliance actions. | ||
