| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Assessment Sample is Positive for E.coli and Total Coliform DETAILS: Contacted the operator. He stated he disconnected the well from the system and poured a lot of bleach down it. Discussed the proper procedure would have been to have taken 5 confirmation samples before shock chlorination. After talking with Mr. Hoefflinger he agreed he would flush the system and take repeat samples after a week. ACTION NEEDED: 5 repeat samples after system has been flushed and a week passes. | ||
