| Details: | I received confirmation that recent plan review for the arsenic system at JLR has received conditional approval. The system will undertake construction and submit evidence that conditions have been met for final approval. I will move the compliance date for the associated significant deficiencies out to the end of August to allow ample time for construction. | ||
