| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Total Coliform DETAILS: I called on 8/2/16 and talked to Luis Rios regarding the repeat positive total coliform result from sample taken 7/29/16. Mr. Rios was informed that the water system would be receiving a letter and Level 1 coliform investigation form to complete from Drinking Water Services and return to the Department of Agriculture. The system will then correct any deficiencies found through the investigation, shock treat the system and take 3 routine samples this month (August). I am providing the system with a copy of the Level 1 coliform investigation form. ACTION NEEDED: Complete the Level 1 coliform investigation form-- correct any deficiencies found during the investigation, shock treat the system and take 3 routine samples this month (August). | ||
