| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow-up for Deficiencies DETAILS: Called to schedule a follow up for deficiencies from May 2, 2016 (due Sept 21, 2016). The system operator currently does not have NSF bleach. He stated the seal and casing are currently water tight as of May 3, 2016, testing records are current as of June 2016, and the O&M manual is close to being complete. Greg called back and we have an appoinment on 9/14/16 to do the follow-up.
