| Details: | SUMMARY: Source Sample Taken but not Required DETAILS: Matt Frank took a source sample at the hatchery and it was positive for e-coli. The system at the time was on temporary 4-log disinfection which has been changed to permanent. Matt was informed that source samples are not required when conducting 4-log disinfection. ACTION NEEDED: Submitted documentation to change the system from temporary 4-log to permanent 4-log disinfection. | ||
