| Details: | SUMMARY: Level 1 Coliform Investigation DETAILS: Received Level 1 Coliform Investigation Form done on August 16, 2016 from water system for review. It was reviewed and looked complete. I reviewed it today, September 12, 2016. The water system took 3 routine samples in August that showed results of absence of coliforms. ACTION NEEDED: Continue quarterly coliform sampling schedule. | ||
