| Details: | SUMMARY: FU to TC+ 7/22/16 DETAILS: The contact on file never responded, several attempts later I found out he is no longer working there. Finally, Debbie called and we discussed situation. New operator did not know why there was a positive sample, he did required repeat sampling and all is fine. He will sample next month, 5 samples. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
