| Details: | SUMMARY: Reviwed Level 1 Coliform Investigation DETAILS: Received Level 1 Coliform Investigation Form from the system. Called Doug. He collected 4 repeat samples for the 7/20/16 coliform detection on two occasions, however the samples were not picked up at Huntington City Hall by the Magic Valley Lab courier until after the holding time had passed, so none of them were run. Discussed Dougs note on the investigation form that he planned to batch chlorinate the system on a regular basis. Advised Doug that was not an acceptable practice, and he must contact DWS to discuss any plans to batch chlorinate the system after coliform detections. ACTION NEEDED: System to resume monthly sampling. | ||
