Pictures Were Sent of Significant Deficiency DETAILS: Operator provided pictures of well seal replacement, removal of unapproved down-well chlorination (un-used and not plan reviewed). Additionally, the pressure tank, guage, switch and pressure relief valve were replaced. All sig defs corrected. ACTION NEEDED: None.
