| Details: | SUMMARY: TC Positive Routine DETAILS: Karri called because they received a call from Analytical Labs that their routine coliform sample was positive for TC. I reviewed locations they need to take the repeat samples and the source sample. System does not have a copy of their coliform sampling plan. I emailed the template and asked that they complete it and return it to me and to give a copy to the lab as well. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
