| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow-up Field Visit for Deficiencies DETAILS: Follow- up from May 2, 2016 survey. The significant deficiencies on May 2nd included the following:1. Sanitary seal not water tight--The well was watertight during the follow-up inspection, it was repaired on 5/3/16.2. Non NSF chlorine used--9/8/16 Purchased HASA Multi-Chlor. NSF60 certified. 3. Testing records are not current. Test all backflow devices--The backflow devices were tested on 5/31/16.4. No Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manual--9/14/16 the O&M manual was completed by well operator.ALL DEFICIENCIES CORRECTED ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
