| Details: | Contacted owners today regarding confirmation of E Coli in Well #4 in samples taken 5-7-2021. Issued boil noticed until system can achieve 4 log removal. Owners will post signage ASAP of boil notice. System will fill out ground water disinfection form for contact time. Source evaluation was sent to geologist for further review. |
