Details: SUMMARY: Routine Sample Taken 6/15/2016 Positive DETAILS: Talked to Marc Amlin (208) 906-4941 about routine sample taken 6/15/2016 positive for total coliform bacteria. He thinks that he did not let the water run long enough. He will follow coliform sampling plan and take 3 samples and 1 from the well head.Will give him coliform sampling plan today. ACTION NEEDED: 6/28/2016 repeat samples and sample from the well head are negative for coliform bacteria. Failed to tell Marc to take 3 routine samples in July. The system received a violation for that. When Marc takes the 3rd quarter sample, the system will be returned to compliance.
