| Details: | SUMMARY: Boil Water Notice and Installation of Treatment for Residual Maintenance DETAILS: Adel School has been on a boil water notice since September 2, 2015. Contacted the school and left a message for Ms. Woodworth regarding the status of the installation of chlorination for residual maintenance of the distribution system. Ms. Woodsworth was informed that the boil water notice could be lifted if installation of the treatment was complete. Ms. Woodworth returned my call on September 16, 2016 to inform DWS that the installation of the treatment system was complete and they were working on lowering the residual chlorine level. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed, boil water notice has been lifted. | ||
