| Details: | SUMMARY: New Well Compliance Monitoring/Maintaining Public Notice DETAILS: In follow up to emails, phone call messages were traded back and forth on 9/5 and 9/6/16 with Gary Lillie regarding options to do compliance monitoring or monthly source sampling to assess presence of E. coli. On 9/6/16 Gary left a message stating he would opt for compliance monitoring. ACTION NEEDED: Public water system to wait for direction from state either requesting additional information for plan review requirements or approve putting new well into service. | ||
