| Details: | SUMMARY: System had TC Alert DETAILS: 09/15/2016 Email communication with operator. Operator was not aware of the alert until he saw the email from the County. The County informed Skip that he needed to take three repeat samples and turn them in within twenty four hours and that he had ten days to report the results to the DWS. The operator stated he would take repeat samples and take them to Alexin labs on 09/16/2016. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time. | ||
