| Details: | SUMMARY: Called about significant deficiencies DETAILS: I called and spoke to Tammy regarding the 2014 sanitary survey and remaining uncorrected deficiencies from that inspection. Tammy stated a well vent and screen was installed as required and photographed by the Eric Evans yesterday during an inspection. Tammy didnt remember she needed a coliform sampling plan or operations manual. I explained briefly what they are and agreed to send her a template for the coliform sampling plan. ACTION NEEDED: None. Sampling plan template printed and mailed immediately after the telephone call. | ||
