| Details: | SUMMARY: Elevated Nitrite DETAILS: Sample taken 9/8/2016 was 10.7. The system treats but has not been able to keep the level below 5 since 2013. Discussed with Mr. Stanley it is now time to consider an alternative treatment system and referred him to HBH for consultation. Sent a followup email telling him to either resample for confirmation or publish a Public Notice. In the event of the confirmation of an elevated NO3, a Public Notice would be required, and sent him a copy of the PN. ACTION NEEDED: System to decide if it will take confirmation sample or issue PN. System also to contact HBH to assess the current treatment. | ||
