| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine TC+ Alert Follow Up DETAILS: Routine sample 9/14 positive. System is now on monthly sampling due to recent TC positives. System took 3 investigative samples in distribution 9/16 and all absent? System is looking into rehabilitating or replacing concrete reservoir or removing it entirely. I recommended contacting OAWU circuit rider for assistance and resources. ACTION NEEDED: Find and Fix and work with OAWU to remedy problem. Will review chlorine requirement threshold. "3 or more level 1 investigations triggered in a 12 month period". System has had one level one and a level 2 since April 2016. | ||
