| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Total Coliform Sample DETAILS: I phoned and left a message on Dale Hursts answering machine regarding the positive total coliform sample (sampled 09/06/2016) from the quarterly routine sample on 09/14/2016. The alert was generated on 09/12/2016. The message I left informed Mr. Hurst that 3 repeat samples (based on coliform sampling plan) and 1 triggered source sample would need to be conducted as soon as possible. I informed Mr. Hurst that if these samples were all absent for total coliform, the further testing would be to conduct 3 routine samples in the month of October. ACTION NEEDED: Conduct repeat and triggered sampling.Conduct 3 routine samples the following month. | ||
