| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow Up for Required Level 2 Investigation DETAILS: Contacted owners representative, John Patchett, regarding doing an on-site level 2 investigation following several TC+ in June and July and a level 1 investigation done on 7/25. John will contact someone to meet me on site and complete the investigation. Systems August sample was absent. There was a line break in the system in June but never chlorinated after. Eric Chamberlain chlorinated the system so hopefully addressed the contamination. Faxed John my contact info as well as a list of upcoming SGWO courses coming up in St. Helens and PDX. ACTION NEEDED: Contact me ASAP to do a Level 2 investigation and John or representative to attend next SGWO course to become certified operator for this system. | ||
