| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform was Positive in Routine Sample at Room #2 Hose Bib DETAILS: Operator was called. Operator stated that the lab had come out and taken samples. Lab took 3 repeat samples and a source sample that was labeled triggered. ACTION NEEDED: Results stated that all samples were negative.System will need to take three additonal RT samples between 10/1-10/31. | ||
