| Details: | SUMMARY: Plan Review DETAILS: Jeron contacted me frustrated with the plan review process. System originally started the plan review process for Well #1 but it was discovered that a section of the blueberry field was within the 100 setback….chemicals are used on the blueberries. At that time Jay M. discussed with Jeron possibly getting one of the other wells on the property to go through plan review instead. Rebecca T. then got the plan review for the different well and the system is frustrated because Jay already knew the situation and background. The system was placed on an extended corrective action plan to complete the plan review process - 9/30/16. Rebecca sent a conditional approval email yesterday. Its unclear if any of the samples taken back in April were from the new or the old well. I asked her if she could contact Jeron via phone and she said she would call him later today. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
